Knit a Protest Hat! Join the "Melt the ICE Hat" KAL (Knit Along) — All Proceeds Donated
DONATE TO SUPPORT IMMIGRANT AID ORGANIZATIONS! ($60-$200)
Register at: Mystic Mill Valley
What began as an act of Norwegian resistance against Nazi occupation is now the symbol of anti-ICE activities in America. Stand up to the violence and show your support for immigrant safety in our neighborhoods. Join us for a 2-hour KAL (Knit Along) gathering to knit a red resistance hat.
All proceeds will be donated to support immigrant aid efforts both locally and in Minnesota, including the $5 pattern fee that is included in the price of attendance. You can purchase the pattern directly from Needle & Skein who will be donating all proceeds to St. Louis Park Emergency Program (STEP). The proceeds from our KAL are being donated to Community Action Marin if you would like to donate there as well!
Take action through craft. As of February 5th, this pattern has helped raise $650,000 for immigrant aid organizations. Let's raise even more!
