Knit a Cardigan (4-class series)

  • Mystic 31 Sunnyside Avenue Mill Valley, CA, 94941 United States (map)

Ages: 16+

Experience: Intermediate (no Beginners, please!)

Supplies: Pattern purchase included in class fee and will be emailed prior to class. Materials list below.

Know the basics of English-style knitting and ready to knit your first sweater? In this four-part class, you’ll knit a top-down cardigan, starting with a turnover (or popped!) collar. You’ll learn how to create stitch increases and decreases, shape raglan shoulder seams, separate and pick up sleeves, and finish off with a ribbed waist. Plus, you’ll gain experience reading and following a knitting pattern and reading yarn labels.

This workshop will be held over a 6-week period so that you can work at home in between sessions.
